Art Your Service

Get a full body workout! Class will begin with a gentle warm-up followed by light cardio. Then we will use hand weights incorporating both upper body and lower body. A ten- minute stretching portion will be at the end of class. Please remember to listen to your body and work at your own pace. And most importantly, have fun!
