  • NYSC invites you to a Free Comedy Show!

  • A star-studded hour of musical numbers, sketches and seasonal poetry that’ll take place IRL at the Actors’ Church in Covent Garden, but be streamed to audiences online. The full line-up is TBC, but Imelda Staunton, Jim Carter, Minnie Driver, Giles Terera, Rosalie Craig and Sharon Rose are already confirmed.

    When is it? December 16 at 7.30pm (GMT). It’ll be available to watch for free on Donmar Warehouse’s YouTube channel.


  • New York’s Metropolitan Opera continues its immensely popular rollout of past performances, recorded in HD and viewable for free. A different archival production goes live at 7.30pm each night and remains online for the next 23 hours.   • Just because you’re stuck at home, doesn’t mean you have to miss out on some of the world’s most beautiful natural wonders. Thanks to Explore.com, you can now live-stream the Northern Lights straight into your front room. The live cam is located at the Churchill Northern Studies Center in Manitoba, Canada, directly underneath the aurora oval. With the arctic dark most of the day and the skies clear, now’s the perfect time to tune in.
