We’re excited to introduce a new 6-week therapy program designed to support your recovery after knee surgery—right from the comfort of your home.

In collaboration with Stacey Baboulas, a registered Occupational Therapist with a specialty in post-operative care, this program offers a structured day-by-day video series to help you stay motivated, move safely, and steadily regain strength and mobility.

What You’ll Get:

A daily video plan guiding your recovery step-by-step with simple, effective exercises designed for every stage of your healing.

Encouragement and education to help you build confidence and consistency.

Weeks 1–3: Gentle stretching and activation

Weeks 4–6: Building strength, endurance, and balance.

Expert guidance by Stacey Baboulas, Hon. BSc. (Kin), MSc. Occupational Therapist, OT Reg. (Ont.) Canadian Certified Life Care Planner (CCLCP).
